Location: Tata Motor Ltd, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand
Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech. – Electrical Engineering with Supervisor license (Mandatory)
Number of years of relevant experience required.
8-12 years
Specialization:
Plant Maintenance – 132KV / 220KV switchyard operation and Maintenance, HT/LT Electrical distribution system
Experience Requirements:
- Should be well verse with EHS rules and procedures specific to service projects and services business.
- 220kV / 132KV Switchyard operation and maintenance
- Exp. in Maintenance of MV switch gear - ABB make HPA24 series type, Siemens make 3AH3, 3AH5
- LV Switch Gear – Schneider
- Knowledge of Numerical Relays including Siemens 7SJ61. DIGSI software knowledge is desirable
- Knowledge of installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in accordance with established methods and procedures
- Knowledge of protection, metering & measurement of various electrical parameters
- Knowledge of applicable electrical standards, codes, specifications & safety requirements
- Knowledge of testing various power distribution components like cables, switchgears & transformers
- Knowledge of preparing various types of MIS reports pertaining to:
- Routine maintenance work
- Complaint management
- Material Management
- Breakdown Analysis
- Daily planning and monitoring of Maintenance activity
- Site KPI monitoring and steps to be taken to achieve the same.
- Skill mapping of team members
- 5S maintaining in work area.
