What will you do if join us?
We are seeking an AI Developer Architect to conduct design, development, and industrialization of enterprise AI applications, including AI Agents, GenAI solutions, intelligent document processing, knowledge management, predictive analytics, and AI-driven business automation.
The candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, define end-to-end AI architecture, establish engineering standards, and guide development teams from PoC to Production deployment.
This role requires strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLM), AI Agent Frameworks, RAG, Workflow Orchestration, Cloud/On-Prem Infrastructure, MLOps/LLMOps, and Enterprise System Integration.
- Design enterprise-scale AI solution architectures aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
- Create high-level and low-level solution designs covering data, infrastructure, application, AI models, and security
- Conduct development of reusable AI components, development accelerators and AI applications based on Large Language Models, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), etc..
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems
- Define API strategies and integration architectures.
- Build end-to-end business workflows combining AI Agents and enterprise applications.
- Evaluate new GenAI technologies and identify production use cases.
Who are we looking for?
- An above-average Master's, Diploma, or equivalent
- Maximum of 2 years of working experience between/after bachelor and master graduation
- Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained either through studying, working or living
- Flexibility and mobility especially within the program duration
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models including but not limited to GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama, Prompt Engineering and etc. and deep knowledge about transformers and other deep learning / machine learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with AI engineering techniques including but not limited to Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning, Function Calling, Tool Use, Agent Design and AI Agent Frameworks including but not limited to LangGraph, LangChain etc.
- Strong development experience in Python (Java, JavaScript or C# as additional prefer)
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Knowledge including Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, API Management, Data Governance etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on implementation capability.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and innovation capability.
- Fluent English communication in multinational environments.
Other Requirements
· Basic knowledge with rolling stock industry or education gained in ‘transportation universities’ is preferred
