Shop Employee (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus shop at the Florenc bus station in Prague. You will support the day-to-day running of the shop, deliver high-quality service to our passengers, and help ensure smooth operations throughout your shift. This is a full-time, permanent position, working on a shift basis across the full week, including weekdays and weekends.

About the Role
- Process ticket reservations, cancellations, and changes accurately using our sales and reservation systems
- Provide high-quality service to passengers, assisting with check-in and offering clear travel information
- Handle cash and card payments reliably, ensuring correct daily reconciliation
- Monitor bus departures and arrivals, and communicate any delays or changes to passengers
- Support smooth day-to-day station operations in coordination with colleagues and station teams
- Help resolve passenger questions and issues calmly and professionally during busy periods
About You
- Experience in customer service and cash handling
- Reliable, energetic, and a strong team player who contributes to a positive shift atmosphere
- Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership of tasks and working independently when needed
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Office, smartphones, web applications, and reservation systems is an advantage
- Flexible to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, with alternating short and long week schedules
- Very good command of Czech and English; knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian or Polish languages is an advantage
