Shop Employee - FlixBus Shop Paris-Pershing (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in France, we are looking for a motivated and driven Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus Shop at the Paris Pershing bus station. You will support the day-to-day running of the shop, deliver high-quality service to our passengers, and help ensure smooth operations throughout your shift.
This is a fixed-term contract from 12 October to 31 October 2026, working on a shift basis across the full week, including weekdays and weekends.

About the Role
- Sell tickets and process reservations, cancellations, and changes using our sales systems
- Provide high-quality service to passengers, assisting with check-in and offering clear travel information
- Handle cash and card payments reliably, ensuring correct daily reconciliation
- Monitor bus departures and arrivals, and communicate any delays or changes to passengers
- Support smooth day-to-day station operations in coordination with colleagues and station teams
About You
- Enjoys helping people and delivers friendly, patient customer service
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
- Stays calm and solution-oriented during busy periods
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
- Available to work shifts from Monday to Sunday during the contract period
- Fluent in French and English
