Shipping Coordinator
Description
The Shipping Coordinator will enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents in a web-based database. Compare data entered with source documents, and correct entered data if necessary. May compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to be entered. This position will support the Ops team.Responsibilities
- Entry of data into a web-based database program in compliance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all designated data entries
- Identify discrepant data both in writing and verbally to the supervisor
- Performance analysis that supports roadmap for operational planning
- Respond to unanticipated change e.g. increase/ decrease demand, provide information, impact assessment, and downstream customers
- Complete other duties assigned by management as business needs shift or change
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience handling high-volume, sensitive, routine work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to process inbound email requests quickly
- Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to recognize opportunities for improvement in operations and reporting/information visibility
- Requires a strong Microsoft Excel background, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, index match, etc.

Expected Compensation
- Shipping Coordinator I - $18.18 - $27.27/hour
- Shipping Coordinator II - $20.70 - $31.05/hour
- Shipping Coordinator III - $24.48 - $36.72/hour
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
