This is how you'll win us over
Education:
You have completed with excellent results a Master’s, Diplom, or PhD degree in the following study fields
- Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Power Electronics, or related disciplines), Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable fields of study
Experience and skills:
- You have at least four months of international experience (e.g., through studies, an internship, or similar)
- Significant practical work experience gained through internships, working student positions, or similar roles
- Passion for automation, motion control, software development, industrial digitalization, or Industrial AI
- Interest in transforming technological innovations into market-ready solutions together with product management, engineering, sales, and other business functions
- Enjoy working in international and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels.
Ways of Working:
- Flexibility, mobility, and the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks are among your strengths
Language:
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills, German skills are a plus

At our Tech Unit Motion, we are shaping the future of industrial automation. As part of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) organization within Digital Industries Automation, we are responsible for portfolio and technology development for innovative motion solutions, ranging from high-performance control systems and software to integrated motion systems for the global machine-building industry.
During the two-year program, you will complete three individual assignments, including one international placement. You will work on technologies and business areas that are defining the next generation of automation, motion control, Industrial AI, and Software-Defined Automation.
Whether your interests lie in technology, product management, or cross-functional collaboration, you will take on responsibility from an early stage and actively help shape the future of industry.
