Over the course of two exciting years, you’ll take on three goal-oriented assignments that will give you broad exposure to our business, help you build a strong foundation in Siemens Mobility, and allow you to experience our company from different perspectives.

One of these assignments will take place abroad at one of our 1,700 global locations, where you'll enhance your intercultural skills and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

Your responsibilities as part of International Sales:

  • Customer & Stakeholder Interface: Act as a key interface between customers (Public Administrations, Railway Operators, EPCs) and Siemens, building long-lasting relationships of trust.
  • Sales & Business Development: Contribute to developing new business opportunities, analyzing market potential, and defining market entry strategies for new systems and tenders.
  • Bid Process Coordination: Support the overall bid process, helping define winning strategies, collaborating with the Bid Factory, Engineering, and SCM, and supporting the LoA (Level of Authority) process.
  • Cross-collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across internal departments (HQ, local RUs, Legal, Finance) to secure high-quality and timely-delivered tenders and projects.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer trends, competitor strategies, and upcoming international railway projects.

What we offer:

A permanent employment contract from day one

A current opportunity to join our International Sales team and grow your career as a future sales and business development leader in the Signaling sector.

What you bring:

An excellent Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications, Civil, or similar technical background). Knowledge in Signalling or Railways will be considered a strong plus.
Relevant practical experience or background related to technical environments, sales, or international projects (max. 3 years between Bachelor and Master, max. 1 year after graduation).
At least 4 months of international experience (study or work abroad).
A strong passion for Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relations.
Fluency in English and Spanish(C1–C2 level); other lenguage will be considered a major plus.
Flexibility and mobility throughout the program, including willingness to travel worldwide as required.
