You’ll win us over by:
- Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent combined with significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities etc. in Automation & Robotics, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence or similar disciplines
- Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
- Flexibility and mobility within the program duration.
- Demonstrating adaptability, mobility, and a proactive mindset throughout the program duration
- Bringing strong analytical skills, self-organization, and an entrepreneurial spirit – eager to innovate, drive change, take ownership, follow through, and work independently while staying organized
- Showing solid business acumen – thinking strategically and understanding economic dynamics
- Communicating effectively and showing a strong interest in operational business and cross-cultural collaboration
- Being fluent in English (minimum C1) and Polish (minimum C1)
- Interest in working across Central & Eastern Europe
Our Offer:
The gross annual salary for this position is 8 500 PLN/ monthly
