Position Overview

The DI SW Americas Customer Outcomes team is seeking a Services Operations Specialist to join the Services Business Operations team. This role will support the Americas GCO services team in the end-to-end services contractual lifecycle across the services portfolio. You will act as a critical point of contact across multiple teams, ensuring seamless operations and accurate execution of services projects from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Resource Managers, Services Business Managers, Service Delivery Resources, Finance, Legal, Global Order Management, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, and Credit and Collections
  • Work under light supervision to support Consulting and Learning Services Opportunities and Projects
  • Check the quality of Services Bids submitted for internal review, including reviewing customer statements of work as well as estimates and budgets
  • Validate new projects and/or budgets based on completed contracts and customer purchase orders
  • Accurately complete billing for services delivery projects throughout the project lifecycle per customer and Siemens requirements
  • Support services project managers in the financial management of their projects

Qualifications

  • University degree or relevant business administration qualifications
  • Proven data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Proven attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently on certain projects as well as collaboratively and communicate optimally with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks optimally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
  • 3-4 years' experience in a business operations-related role desirable
  • Experience in a multinational company environment desirable
  • Ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment with occasional travel for meetings or training sessions

Our Benefits & Rewards

The salary range for this position is USD 58,300 to USD 105,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
