Overview

The Indonesia Services business represents one of the largest growth opportunities within ASEAN. The business combines a strong Unified Support foundation with a rapidly growing consulting and transformation practice focused on AI, Cloud, Security, Data, Application Innovation, and Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD). Indonesia remains a highly strategic market with significant whitespace opportunities across enterprise, public sector, financial services, telecommunications, and state-owned enterprises.

This role is responsible for leading both the protection and growth of Microsoft's Services business in Indonesia. The successful candidate will manage an established renewals and support portfolio while driving net-new consulting, transformation, and AI-led engagements. The role requires a consultative, business-outcome-focused seller who can build executive relationships, identify strategic opportunities, shape complex pursuits, and position Microsoft as a trusted partner in customers' digital transformation journeys. Services sellers are expected to lead business transformation conversations, not simply technology discussions, and act as trusted advisors to senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the Indonesia Services revenue, renewal, recapture, and growth targets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales and business development activities across Unified Support and Industry Solutions consulting opportunities.
  • Originate and close consulting engagements focused on AI, Data, Security, Cloud Modernization, Business Applications, and Digital Transformation.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on both existing customers and whitespace opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Account Teams, Customer Success, Solution Specialists, Industry Advisors, and Partners to create and close opportunities.
  • Drive pipeline creation, executive engagement, and long-term transformation programs that accelerate Microsoft consumption and customer outcomes.
  • Position Microsoft Services as a strategic business transformation partner rather than solely a support provider.
  • Work cross organisation business units - account teams, specialists, delivery to ensure collaboration and team work
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting sales, customer success, professional services, or business development roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Proven sales performance
  • Demonstrated experience selling to and supporting Enterprise and Public Sector customers in Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior business and technology decision-makers.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling, business development, and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across virtual and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling consulting services, professional services, managed services, or digital transformation engagements.
  • Knowledge of AI, Cloud, Security, Data, and Application Modernization solutions.
  • Experience working with Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy, Government, Healthcare, or State-Owned Enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue growth, renewals, and new business targets.
  • Experience leading complex strategic pursuits and executive workshops.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and business case development skills.
