At Siemens, we empower our customers to achieve maximum reliability and safety. We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Services Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth across our Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), and PC&M portfolios. This role is not just about sales; it’s about becoming a strategic partner to our customers, identifying technical risks, and delivering modernization solutions that transform their operations.

As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex electrical engineering and business value. Your mission is to maximize the lifecycle of our customers' installed base through:
**1. Strategic Business Development**

- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with Account Managers to build a healthy pipeline and execute long-term service agreements (LTSAs).
- Portfolio Promotion: Sell the full spectrum of Siemens services, including digital monitoring, power system upgrades, and technical training.
**2. Technical Consulting & Customer Engagement**
- Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary technical consultant, conducting site assessments and workshops to identify aging equipment, reliability issues, and compliance gaps.
- Solution Design: Translate customer operational challenges into high-value technical scopes, including modernization and digitalization (SCADA, Asset Monitoring).
- Stakeholder Management: Build lasting relationships with maintenance managers, plant engineers, and C-level decision-makers.
**3. Cross-Functional Leadership**
- Technical Bridge: Facilitate seamless handovers between Sales, Proposals, and Project Execution teams.
- Market Intelligence: Share customer feedback to influence the continuous improvement of the Siemens service portfolio.
**What You Bring to the Team**
**Technical Expertise**
- Medium Voltage (MV): Deep knowledge of AIS/GIS Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Transformers, and Substation Automation.
- Low Voltage (LV): Expertise in Switchboards, MCCs, Air Circuit Breakers, and Power Quality solutions.
- PC&M (Preferred): Familiarity with Protective Relays (SIPROTEC/Reyrolle), Protection Coordination, and SCADA integration.
- Siemens Portfolio: Familiarity with NXAIR, 8DJH, SIVACON, and SICAM is a significant plus.
**Experience & Education**
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Power Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in electrical power systems, with a proven track record in technical sales, field engineering, or service business development.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
**Additional Requirements**
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively (70% of the time) within the assigned territory.
- Environment: Ability to conduct field visits in demanding environments (Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing sites).
- Languages: Intermediate to Advanced English.
**What Success Looks Like (KPIs)**
- Achievement of service sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Expansion of the Siemens service footprint within the installed base.
- High conversion rates of technical opportunities into profitable projects.
- Customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
**Why Siemens?**
We offer a high-growth environment where you can apply your technical passion to solve real-world energy challenges. You will have the autonomy to manage your accounts while being backed by a global leader in electrical engineering and digitalization.
