Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing Operations Excellence
- Support daily service parts operations from Order-to-Shipment process.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Develop and optimize operational dashboards and reports for order scheduling and fulfillment management.
- Standardize reporting processes and eliminate manual activities through automation.
- Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement teams to improve operational effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency by at least 30%.
2. Digitalization & Process Automation
- Leverage AI tools, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel VBA, Python, or other automation technologies to simplify business processes.
- Improve data accuracy, reporting speed, and decision-making capability.
- Identify opportunities for applying AI solutions in supply chain operations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across factory support functions.
3. Procurement & Supplier Management Development
- Support procurement activities for service parts and manufacturing materials.
- Assist in Purchase Order management, order fulfillment, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with OEM/ODM suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
- Analyze supply risks and support escalation management.
4. Cross-functional Project Management
- Lead or participate in supply chain improvement project & initiatives
- Support new product introduction (NPI) supply readiness activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in supply chain operations, manufacturing operations, or related fields, with a solid understanding of the Order-to-Shipment process.
- Hands-on proficiency in at least several of the following automation and data tools: Power BI, Power Automate, Excel VBA, Python, or AI-driven automation technologies.
- Experience in procurement and supplier management, including Purchase Order management, delivery tracking, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives with measurable efficiency gains; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies is a plus.
