We are looking for a curious and proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset, who enjoys understanding how services operate and identifying opportunities to make them more efficient, scalable, and customer-focused.

Your mission will be…

• Support the analysis of service portfolios, volumes, workloads, and operational performance.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization activities.
• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and service review meetings.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business recommendations.
• Contribute to projects related to AI, digitalization, and operational excellence.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and interest in innovation, AI, and process optimization.
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into actions.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English.
