Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Service Order Completion & Quality Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the final stage of the service process. In this position, you will help ensure that every service order is completed to the highest standards, all required services and documentation are in place, and customer shipments are accurate, compliant, and ready for delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction across Europe. 

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Perform final quality reviews of service orders prior to closure, ensuring all required activities have been completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Verify that all contracted services have been completed and that service orders are fully processed, documented, and ready for closure.
  • Review and validate service order documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company processes and quality requirements.
  • Confirm that customer shipments are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery, supporting on-time delivery and customer commitments.
  • Ensure electronic service documentation is properly generated, maintained, and available to customers.
  • Conduct required safety tests on electronic measurement instruments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Apply calibration, safety, and identification labels to instruments as required.
  • Monitor adherence to established service center processes, quality standards, and operational requirements.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies, incomplete documentation, or process deviations that may impact order completion, quality, delivery, or customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with technicians, planners, logistics, and other service center functions to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service orders.
  • Support daily service center operations and workload management in a high-volume environment, contributing to turnaround time (TAT), schedule-on-time (SOT) delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service quality, process compliance, and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures to ensure consistent and reliable service order completion.
  • Support the team in managing fluctuations in workload and maintaining service levels throughout the year.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in service operations, manufacturing operations, order management, production coordination, quality control, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
  • Technical education or practical experience in electronics, engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience with service orders, work orders, order processing, or service center operations is an advantage.
  • Experience working with electronic measurement equipment, calibration, safety testing, or technical service processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, follow established procedures, and escalate issues when required.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians, planners, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with service management, ERP, manufacturing, or order management systems are desirable.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
  • Good written and spoken English language skills are advantageous.
