Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Possess solid supply chain OPS operation capabilities, lead full-link supply chain business data monitoring, statistics and multi-dimensional analysis, build supply chain operation KPI systems (delivery, inventory, turnover, fulfillment efficiency, etc.), regularly deliver visual operation reports and supply chain business analysis reports, and provide accurate data support for management’s supply chain decision-making.
2. Independently complete the writing, production and optimization of executive-level presentation materials and PPT decks. Own excellent business presentation and public demonstration capabilities, independently deliver formal reports to senior management and internal & external partners, and structurally output supply chain business progress, operation reviews, optimization solutions and implementation plans.
3. Oversee cross-departmental supply chain project portfolio management, establish supply chain project management and control mechanisms, and manage the full lifecycle of supply chain optimization, process upgrading and system iteration projects. Identify risks and bottlenecks in supply chain delivery and collaboration, drive problem closure, and ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of supply chain projects.
4. Equipped with clear and rigorous logical thinking, good at supply chain business process sorting, link decomposition, bottleneck analysis and systematic review. Align supply chain business goals of procurement, production, warehousing, logistics and other departments, coordinate multi-party resources to promote business collaboration, straighten out the entire supply chain operation link, and ensure transparent and efficient synchronization of supply chain information.
5. Responsible for full-link cross-departmental communication, resource coordination and implementation of supply chain business. Efficiently coordinate multi-level teams, resolve supply chain collaboration barriers and supply-demand conflicts, promote the implementation of supply chain operation systems, standard processes and optimization plans, and continuously improve supply chain turnover efficiency, fulfillment quality and overall operational performance.
6. Excellent bilingual capabilities in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing), independently capable of bilingual supply chain meeting communication, business reporting, foreign-related supply chain docking and bilingual document writing.
7. Apply AI tools and AI operation solutions to supply chain scenarios, explore AI applications in supply chain data analysis, demand prediction, risk early warning, process efficiency improvement and report output. Practical experience in AI supply chain project implementation and optimization is a strong plus.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 6+ years of working experience in large enterprise supply chain operation management, supply chain OPS and supply chain project management. Proven practical experience in end-to-end supply chain operation and cross-functional supply chain project coordination, familiar with large enterprise supply chain operation systems, business links and industry methodologies.
2. Strong professional supply chain OPS capabilities, proficient in full-link supply chain data monitoring, construction of core indicator systems (delivery, inventory, turnover, etc.), supply chain operation analysis and process optimization. Able to independently complete full-process supply chain operation work with rich experience in complex supply chain business and project delivery.
3. Clear and rigorous logical thinking with outstanding structural thinking ability. Skilled in business PPT production and design, with excellent executive reporting and public presentation capabilities, able to independently deliver high-quality supply chain operation analysis and special presentation materials.
4. Excellent cross-departmental communication, resource coordination, problem-solving and implementation capabilities in supply chain scenarios. Strong pressure resistance, capable of managing multiple supply chain business lines and parallel projects simultaneously.
5. Fluent and professional in English and Chinese with outstanding bilingual communication, reporting and writing skills, capable of handling bilingual office and foreign-related supply chain docking work independently.
6. Preferred: Hands-on experience in AI tool application, AI-enabled supply chain optimization and AI supply chain project implementation, able to leverage AI tools to improve supply chain data analysis, risk control and operational efficiency; relevant professional certifications in supply chain management, operation and project management are preferred.
