In this role, you will  be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience to our customers, developing team members, managing day-to-day operations, and ensure Tesla Service meets the needs of our customers as well as our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Champion your team: Inspire and lead all individuals at your location, to create top talent and future leaders of the company.
  • Mentoring: Coach and mentor your team for successes, recognizing their strengths and growth areas to achieve individual and operational growth
  • Drive business performance & development: You will provide your team with the right tools to succeed, eliminate any roadblocks, and lead by example to show what good looks like, meeting and exceeding targets
  • Process understanding: Understand and own every aspect of service center metrics, driving continuous improvements and partnering with support teams to drive performance when necessary.
  • Lead through change: Responsible for tooling inventory management, cost controls, and tool orders.
  • Support: Support in the development of future solutions – ideate, share and develop future proof solutions to improve service

Requirements

  • Innovation: proven ability to lead by example and be innovative with processes and efficiencies
  • Analytical skills: Analytical ability to understand and impact key performance indicators
  • Ability to motivate people: motivate a team to engage and facilitate others to achieve and succeed
  • Open for feedback: Have an interest in developing yourself as a people manager and continuously grow by actively learning, self-assessing and asking for feedback
  • Digitally savvy:  ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
  • MS Office Knowledge: you bring good knowledge of MS Office
  • Language Skills: you are able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the local language and English
  • Driving license: you have and continue to maintain a valid driving license and safe driving record
