Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1) Maintain a good supplier relationship network, regularly assess supplier performance, promptly handle supplier issues and risks;
2)Conduct effective negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, terms, etc., strive for the most favorable procurement conditions, including but not limited to price discounts, delivery periods, quality guarantees, etc., and sign favorable procurement contracts;
3)Lead procurement projects to identify problems, optimize procurement process and strategies to achieve cost avoidance/saving.
4)Familiar with market conditions and industry trends. Timely provide accurate market intelligence and analysis suggestions for procurement decisions.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with procurement market rules and industry development trends, capable of collecting, sorting and analyzing market information independently to support daily procurement business and decision-making.
2. Possess professional procurement negotiation skills and business processing capabilities, able to carry out supplier negotiation, contract confirmation and other work efficiently to obtain favorable procurement conditions.
3. Have strong problem-solving ability and project management awareness, capable of discovering deficiencies in procurement work, optimizing procurement processes and strategies, and realizing cost control and operational efficiency improvement.
4. Have good supplier management awareness, able to track supplier service performance in real time, accurately judge potential risks, and propose targeted solutions to ensure stable supplier cooperation.
