Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI Artist to lead complex UI/UX initiatives and elevate the visual quality of FC Mobile. This role requires expertise across visual design, UI/UX collaboration, cross-functional communication, and team mentorship. You will contribute to design strategy, establish scalable UI systems, and support the growth of junior team members.
This position requires strong product intuition, mastery of visual design, and the ability to drive UI/UX excellence in a dynamic, multi-regional, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design of complex UI/UX systems from concept to final delivery.
- Establish, evolve, and maintain scalable UI/UX design systems and visual guidelines.
- Produce high-fidelity UI mockups, icons, motion graphics, and visual assets that meet product and technical standards.
- Act as a senior design partner within the team, driving a collaborative and solution-oriented working culture.
- Collaborate with partners from different regions worldwide to meet the art requirements for FC Mobile online services and marketing activities.
- Optimize UI clarity, user flow, and overall experience based on UX principles and user insights.
- Provide strategic design recommendations that influence feature direction and experience quality.
- Manage priorities in a fast-paced schedule and ensure clear documentation and delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the quality of EA brand games.
Requirements
- Five or more years of professional game design experience.
- Excellent skills in concept, illustration, and graphic design.
- Strong capability in layout, visual hierarchy, iconography, styles, and motion concepts.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Ability to conceptualize abstract ideas into impressive screen visuals and animations.
- In-depth understanding and experience with UX interaction concepts.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; motion design (AE/Spine) is a strong plus.
- Ability to quickly learn internal UI development tools.
- Scripting experience is a plus.
- Efficient and fast work practices, able to turn around quickly under deadline pressure.
- Experience with game engines (Unity/UE) preferred; scripting experience is a bonus.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under rapid iteration cycles.
- Highly self-driven, with ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
