Reports To: Treasury Director, Global Cash

Position Overview:
The Senior Treasury Analyst-Cash is a Dublin-based role within Global Corporate Treasury, with an expectation to work on-site 2-3 days per week. The role will support Xerox's global cash operations, daily liquidity management, cash forecasting and funding activities across Xerox and subsidiary networks. Reporting directly to the Treasury Director, Global Cash, the role will support daily cash positioning, liquidity reporting, in-house bank activity, intercompany funding, debt administration, audit requirements and cash operations improvement. The role will also play an important part in treasury project work, including integration activity, banking structure alignment and legal entity simplification initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily global cash positioning, liquidity management and short-term forecasting across Xerox and subsidiary bank account structures.
  • Prepare daily cash and liquidity reporting, including analysis of key movements, funding requirements and available cash.
  • Support Xerox in-house bank activities, including intercompany loans, netting, cash pooling and related treasury administration.
  • Coordinate funding requests and ensure cash is available in the correct currency and account for business, payroll, tax, debt service, dividend and operational requirements.
  • Monitor bank balances, cash concentrations, sweeps and pooling activity, escalating exceptions as required.
  • Assist with liquidity management under the Asset-Based Loan (ABL) facility, including drawdown support, covenant inputs and lender reporting.
  • Support debt administration activities, including interest payments, amortisation schedules, notices and related Treasury records.
  • Prepare cash flow reporting, variance analysis, forecast inputs and supporting schedules for Treasury, Finance and senior management review.
  • Partner with Tax, Legal, FP&A and regional finance teams on cash repatriation, dividend planning and intercompany funding.
  • Support foreign exchange settlement, treasury payments and other cash-related operational processes in line with internal policies and controls.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests, SOX control evidence, bank confirmations and documentation supporting cash, debt and treasury controls.
  • Support treasury projects, including cash management improvements, banking structure changes, legal entity simplification, acquisitions, integration of newly acquired or transferred activities into Treasury and treasury system enhancements.
  • Champion the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the Treasury Cash team by reviewing existing cash processes, tasks and workflows and transferring suitable activities into AI-enabled, automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation of cash management processes, procedures, controls and recurring reporting activities.

 Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. A Treasury, Banking or Accountancy qualification, or active study towards one, would be an advantage.

  • 4-6 years' experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Finance Operations or a related financial services environment.
  • Experience supporting daily cash positioning, liquidity management, cash forecasting or treasury operations in a multinational environment.
  • Good understanding of cash management, intercompany funding, bank account structures, cash pooling and treasury controls.
  • Exposure to debt administration, ABL facilities, covenant reporting or lender reporting would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems such as Quantum, ERP platforms or electronic banking systems.
  • Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret cash movements, investigate variances and produce accurate management information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records across multiple currencies, entities, systems and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple daily priorities, meet deadlines and respond effectively to urgent funding or liquidity requirements.
  • Ability to champion AI adoption for the Treasury team, with an interest in treasury automation and RPA to improve existing cash processes, tasks and workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Professional, control-focused approach with a willingness to work collaboratively across a global Corporate Treasury function.
