Position Overview
The Senior Treasury Analyst - Banking is a Dublin-based role, with an expectation to work on-site 2-3 days per week. The role will support Xerox's global banking infrastructure, bank account administration, electronic banking platforms Treasury systems, reporting and data activities. Reporting directly to the Global Treasury Banking, Projects & Systems Manager, the role will help maintain accurate banking data, support documentation and control processes, assist with banking projects and play an active role in moving suitable existing Treasury processes, tasks and workflows into AI-enabled, Microsoft Power Platform, automation and RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of global bank accounts, electronic banking platforms, central banking records and related Treasury systems data.
- Maintain accurate bank account data, signatory records, user access information, banking documentation and global authorisation matrices.
- Assist with opening, closing and amending bank accounts, including coordination of required documentation, approvals, KYC information and stakeholder follow-up.
- Support banking relationships by coordinating routine queries, documentation requests, service updates and issue resolution with global banking partners.
- Assist with Treasury Management System static data maintenance, banking connectivity records, reporting inputs and related system controls.
- Support electronic banking platform administration, including user set-up, access reviews, entitlement changes, periodic control checks and issue tracking.
- Prepare banking reports, status trackers, account inventories dashboards and other analysis for Treasury leadership using Excel, Power BI and other approved tools.
- Assist with treasury projects, including banking process improvements, cash management improvements, ISO 20022 readiness, system enhancements, testing and implementation support.
- Work with internal teams including Finance, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Order-to-Cash, Legal, Tax, IT and Finance Systems to support banking processes, requirements gathering and project delivery.
- Review existing Treasury banking processes, document current-state workflows, identify improvement opportunities and support the design of clearer future-state processes and practical delivery roadmaps.
- Champion the use of Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Power Platform, automation and RPA for the Treasury banking team by reviewing existing banking processes, tasks and workflows and transferring suitable activities into controlled digital solutions.
- Support compliance with internal controls, banking policies, audit requirements and regulatory obligations, including clear documentation of process changes, control evidence and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2-4 years' experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Banking, Finance Operations, Finance Systems, Business Analysis or a related financial services environment.
- Experience supporting bank account administration, banking documentation, electronic banking platforms, Treasury systems or finance systems processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, data, reports and control evidence across multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of banking processes, payments, cash management, user access controls and internal controls.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems such as Quantum, or willingness to develop strong TMS and banking systems knowledge.
- Exposure to payment formats, banking connectivity or bank reporting such as MT940, Pain, MT101, Camt, BAI or ISO 20022 would be an advantage.
- Strong Excel and data management skills, with exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, workflow tools, AI-enabled technologies, automation or RPA desirable.
- Ability to support process documentation, requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, action logs, roadmaps and follow-up across multiple banking or systems workstreams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on open items and work effectively with global Treasury, Finance, IT and external banking teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to document processes, prepare clear updates and support training or adoption of new tools and processes.
- Professional, control-focused approach with a willingness to learn and develop within a global Corporate Treasury function while supporting practical systems, reporting and process improvements.
