Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Global Supply Chain operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires continuous transformation of our global operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Strategy Manager to join the ISG GSC Strategy and Digital Office team. This Brazil-based remote role will support strategic initiatives that strengthen Lenovo’s global manufacturing capabilities, accelerate digital transformation, and enable scalable growth across key regions.

The Senior Strategy Manager will report to the Director of ISG GSC Digital Office and Strategy and will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and driving both tactical and strategic initiatives for Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group. A key focus of this role will be supporting the integration of the recently acquired Infinidat business into Lenovo’s global supply chain, including manufacturing enablement and capacity expansion in Monterrey, Mexico in early 2027, followed by Budapest, Hungary in 2028/2029.

This role will lead and support senior-level cross-functional projects aligned to GSC’s vision of transforming operations through RPA, AI, process re-engineering, Lean practices, and One Lenovo digital office capabilities. The successful candidate will bring strong project management, stakeholder leadership, and team-building experience within a global supply chain or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage the expansion of Monterrey, Mexico manufacturing capabilities to support the Infinidat product transition.
  • Partner across end-to-end supply chain functions to ensure GSC readiness for Infinidat manufacturing, including assembly, test, packaging, final inspection, planning, logistics, and related operational functions.
  • Support the development of a second manufacturing site for Infinidat in Budapest, Hungary, including quotation activities, business case development, MVA analysis, and lead-time assessments.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across ISG and One Lenovo to keep strategic initiatives aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.                                                        

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-technology global manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, Lean analysis, operations transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and deploy complex projects, cost analyses, and programs across functional boundaries.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Advanced English.
