Position Overview:

Our TA team recruits across the Asia Pacific region, hiring hundreds of new colleagues every year. You may not know all of our software products by name, but you’ll certainly recognize our customers, the biggest names in the PLM, Semiconductor, Automotive, Aviation, and Industrial Manufacturing industries

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will attract, assess, and secure top talent for Sales roles and other positions in the GSCS Software industries across Japan. You will report directly to a APAC GSCS Talent Acquisition Manager and play a key role in ensuring that our business units are staffed with the right people to achieve their goals.

You will handle requisitions from opening to closure, partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, and provide direction on recruitment processes and tools. Using creative sourcing strategies such as networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, you will identify and engage top talent, evaluate candidates through interviews, and ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

You will also build and maintain long-term relationships with active and passive candidates, stay informed on market trends to support workforce planning, and collaborate with external recruitment partners and internal HR teams to meet hiring objectives.

This role builds positive relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR BPs to influence and deliver talent acquisition strategies that meet current and future business needs.

You will work in a consultative approach, providing insights on the job market and standard methodologies across all parts of the recruiting lifecycle. The role takes care of sophisticated issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors, exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for acquiring results. With multifaceted experience, you will use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve sophisticated issues in creative and effective ways.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with validated years of experience, ideally with a solid background in Sales recruitment within the software or technology sector.

Experience with ATS/CRM tools, particularly Avature, as well as digital interview platforms, is highly valued!

We seek individuals with strong collaborator management and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and forward-thinking approach.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are important, along with a validated ability to influence hiring decisions and drive successful hiring outcomes.

Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required and will be a significant asset in this role!
