Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead / support end-to-end data science projects, including cleaning of source data and working with large data sets (processing, manipulation, analysis, and modeling). Translating data into useful insights to drive business decisions in the area of production management.
• AI solution concept and architecture definition for production management related domains.
• Translate business requirements into clear scope & targets and construct prototype for proof-of-concept (PoC).
• Creation of analytical solution that ranges from developing and delivering models, to digging for meaningful insights and translating them into actionable plans.
• Act as data-driven Business Analyst to explore capabilities in analytics in Infineon’s worldwide production management landscape with leading edge methods and tools to provide new insights from single user up to top management.
• Collaborate with ATV production management team to support business needs, automation, and ad-hoc problem/process analysis leveraging data analytics techniques.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• Degree in Data Analytics/Science, Computer Engineering, IT or comparable.
• Ideally 1 - 3 years work experience in software development (C#, Java), especially in the area of AI (Python, R) and Large Language Model.
• Self-driven professional with strong analytical ability & highly motivated to approach fast changing technology and new challenges.
• Ability to facilitate discussion with world-wide key users, translate requirements into a specification for IT development.
• Ability in programming and database, preferably Python and SQL to analyze data and construct prototype.
