Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Deliver measurable cost, yield, and reliability improvements through innovation, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement projects.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for defects and customer escalations using 8D/DMAIC
- Develop and standardize process documentation and controls (SOPs, control plans, PFMEA, reaction plans, specs).
- Drive task force and focus teams.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Technical skills: Electroplating fundamentals, chemical control, process optimization, SPC, DOE, and structured problem-solving (8D/DMAIC)
- Soft Skills: Demonstrates exceptional technical expertise, leadership, mentoring, influence, and drive innovation that shapes long-term process strategy and competitive advantage.
