Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Drive product performance, yield, quality, and reliability to ensure SiCpower transistors consistently meet customer requirements from product introduction through high-volume manufacturing
- The responsibilities for this role are based on four pillars:
1. Product Performance & Yield
o Yield improvement
o Product parameter monitoring
o Product characterization
2. Product Quality and Reliability
o Risk assessment
o Quality improvement
o Product disposition
3. Issue Resolution
o Product-related excursions
o Parameter deviations
o Cross-functional troubleshooting
4. Product Introduction
o New product releases
o Technology transfers
o Production ramp-up
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A University degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or in a comparable fie
- Experience in the semiconductor industry as a (FE) Process Integration Engineer or Product Engineer
- Sound knowledge in the field of Front-End Wafer Fabrication and Semiconductor Device Physics (PN Diodes, MOSFETs, etc.)
- A proactive personality and are willing to take ownership
- Excellent communication skills in English
