Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Act as the interface between the Business Line and Operations.
  • Assume product responsibility upon completion of development and manage a broad portfolio of IC products.
  • Lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary product ramp-up teams.
  • Understand and implement manufacturing strategies, including transfers, while ensuring manufacturing capability and capacity from development through volume production.
  • Analyze product cost structures and implement cost-reduction measures across the supply chain, including yield, test, material, manufacturing, and process improvements.
  • Lead or own projects, including digitization and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive task forces, focus teams, and 8D activities to address and resolve product or manufacturing issues.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline, with more than 5 years of experience in technical functions such as product engineering, test engineering, supply chain management, and new technology and product development.
  • Knowledge of submicron IC manufacturing processes and the global manufacturing landscape.
  • Knowledge of product and test concepts.
  • Knowledge of CMOS and Flash technology integration.
  • Knowledge of reliability assessment methods.
  • Strong coordination skills and a solid understanding of interdependencies across engineering, logistics, and business functions.
  • Strong communication skills in a global environment, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
