Your role
As a Senior Specialist Contract Management, you will guide contract discussions with customers, distributors and partners worldwide, working with colleagues across the business to reach clear, workable agreements
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Serve as the primary contact for business contract inquiries before and after agreements are signed
- Manage contract projects with customers, distributors and partners worldwide
- Develop negotiation strategies with cross-functional teams and lead contract negotiations and customer meetings
- Advise business and sales teams on negotiation progress and contract matters
- Identify, assess and communicate contract risks with relevant internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
Your profile
You communicate clearly, bring different perspectives together and work toward practical solutions in complex discussions
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Mandatory: Knowledge of contract management and relevant education or experience in economics, project management or a related field
- Mandatory: Ability to lead contract negotiations and work toward agreements with diverse stakeholders
- Mandatory: Ability to assess and communicate risks involving business, technical and legal matters
- Mandatory: Presentation and problem-solving skills with a clear business focus
- Mandatory: Fluent written and spoken English
