We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Senior Solution Software Architect to lead the technical design, architectural evolution, and enterprise delivery of our next-generation distributed digital platforms. In this high-impact role, you will be the architectural backbone bridging business strategy, system scalability, and technical execution.
You will define and govern multi-cloud architecture spanning AWS and Microsoft Azure, architect resilient distributed microservices built with Golang on the backend and Angular on the frontend, and design mission-critical data streaming and persistence solutions using Apache Kafka and MongoDB. Beyond technical prowess, you are a collaborative leader who thrives in a globally distributed, Agile/Scrum environment.
You will partner closely with engineering squads, working hand-in-hand with Technical Leads and developers, to transform complex business capabilities into elegant, secure, and highly maintainable software solutions. Furthermore, you will champion Security by Design and Data Privacy by Design, ensuring our systems comply with stringent global regulatory standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2.
Your mission will be…
- Design comprehensive architecture solutions that encompass both business and technical aspects.
- Create architectural diagrams and documentation to facilitate understanding within technical teams.
- Guide and oversee the development team throughout the implementation phase to ensure solutions align with the architecture.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for robust, secure, and scalable integrations, as well as applicable security protocols within the solution architecture.
- Ability to teach and guide developers in designing and implementing processes for distributed environments.
- Set up and maintain deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Experience in Agile IT environments, such as SAFe or Scrum.
- Expertise in architecting high-volume, scalable data pipelines, with a focus on data integration, ingestion, and transformation patterns across batch and real-time/streaming scenarios.
- Proven ability to bridge business requirements with technical data architecture and clearly articulate trade-offs between design choices, such as cost versus performance.
- Expert knowledge in selecting, designing, and optimizing core Azure Data Services, specifically Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and Azure Event Hubs/Stream Analytics.
- Experience designing data interfaces and APIs for consumption and ingestion, ensuring seamless connectivity between source and target systems.
- Experience in Event Driven Architecture
- Ability to integrate data governance, security, and access controls, including RBAC, into the architectural blueprint for the entire platform.
- Comprehensive experience selecting and designing appropriate data persistence technologies, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and PostgreSQL, based on use-case requirements including OLTP versus OLAP and NoSQL versus relational models.
We are looking for someone with…
- Experience developing with Golang (Go), Angular, Apache Kafka, MongoDB, and distributed caching.
- Experience connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for business intelligence.
- Experience with Azure data-related components, such as Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Private Endpoints, and Azure Storage Queues.
- A strong DevOps mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity for emerging technologies, strong teamwork, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
