As a Senior Software Developer on our Finance as a Service team, you'll focus on architecting and developing systems that handle sensitive financial data for a diverse customer base—from large multinationals to small local businesses. You'll collaborate with our business partners to understand customer needs, then investigate, prototype, and deliver innovative solutions that solve real financial challenges. Your day might include establishing architectural principles and design patterns that guide your team's work, staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, and making data-driven decisions about our technology roadmap. Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
