Your Impact
As a Senior Sales Training Consultant for Idira, you will lead the charge in equipping our global field sales organizations with the knowledge, skills, and strategic playbooks required to successfully sell and position Idira solutions.
Functioning as the connective tissue between Product Management, Product Marketing, and the Field, you will build and execute high-impact enablement initiatives. This role requires deep familiarity with modern AI tools to build immersive, scalable, and intelligent learning experiences.
If you are a high-energy enablement strategist who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, field execution, and AI-driven learning—and especially if you have a track record of carrying a sales quota—this role is for you.
Your Day-to-Day

  • Product Marketing & Management Alignment: Partner closely with Product Management (PM) and Product Marketing (PMM) to translate technical roadmaps, positioning, and value propositions into field-ready messaging.
  • NPI/NFI Execution: Drive quarterly New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Feature Introduction (NFI) cadence, ensuring the global field is fully trained on new Idira releases, competitive differentiators, and sales playbooks.
  • AI-First Material & Roleplay Management: Own, maintain, and continuously elevate all Idira training assets and leverage advanced AI Roleplay software and generative AI tools to build realistic sales execution scenarios, objection-handling exercises, and automated pitch evaluations.
  • Accreditation Modernization: Modernize and manage all Idira product accreditation programs, leading the end-to-end transition and optimization of accreditation workflows directly into our internal AI platform.
  • In-Person Onboarding Lead: Support in-person Idira enablement sessions for all incoming field reps across EMEA, NAM, and LATAM during bi-monthly onboarding academies.
  • Cross-PANW Cross-Functional Enablement: Build and deliver targeted Idira enablement modules for broader Palo Alto Networks teams, ensuring cross-sell alignment across our platform ecosystem.
  • Field Assessment & Metric Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs through field certification rates, pitch readiness, AI roleplay scoring, and ultimate impact on pipeline velocity and win rates.

Your Experience

  • Enablement & Product Alignment: 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Enablement, or Technical Enablement within an enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
  • Deep Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working hand-in-glove with Product Marketing and Product Management teams to turn complex technical capabilities into field-ready sales methodologies.
  • AI Proficiency & Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with modern enablement technologies, enterprise LMS platforms, and AI-driven roleplay/coaching platforms. High comfort level leveraging AI prompt engineering and generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and simulate customer interactions.
  • Direct Sales Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in a quota-carrying role (e.g., Account Executive, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Manager) is strongly preferred. You understand the reality of field interactions and build content that reps actually use.
  • Facilitation & Public Speaking: Exceptional presentation and coaching skills, with demonstrated experience leading both live classroom training (in-person) and global virtual webinars.
  • Program Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage quarterly release cadences (NPI/NFI) and large-scale accreditation program migrations.
  • Location & Travel: Approximately 10% travel, including in-person, bimonthly Idira onboarding program support.

The Team
Our Global Enablement organization is dedicated to accelerating field performance, developing product proficiency, and driving revenue growth. We prioritize innovation, execution, and continuous learning.
