Senior Robotics Mechanical / Mechatronics Design Engineer
We are seeking a talented Mechanical R&D Engineer to drive the development of our next-generation robots. In this role, you will deliver design of advanced robotic arms from concept to prototype validation. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the mechanical design and structural analysis of robot bodies, manipulator arms, and End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT).
2. Execute Design for Cleanliness strategies, including particle suppression, negative pressure/airflow management, low-outgassing material selection, and sealing & lubrication design.
3. Conduct simulation and physical validation for structural rigidity, modal analysis, thermal deformation, and positioning accuracy.
4. Collaborate with the control team to define servo motor selection, transmission architecture, and sensor deployment.

Other Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience in precision mechanism or automation equipment mechanical design.
2. Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks / NX / Creo) and Finite Element Analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of precision transmission component selection.
4. Experience in equipment design for cleanroom or vacuum environments.
5. Proven ability to independently complete the full development lifecycle from conceptual design to prototype validation.
6. Experience with wafer transfer mechanisms or advanced packaging equipment.
7. Experience in lightweight / high-rigidity topology optimization design.
8. Familiar with DFM/DFA and collaborative process development with suppliers.
