Senior RF Engineer - Technical Lead

Responsibilities- Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, and/or RF electronic systems.
- Lead technical projects and take responsibility for product development throughout the lifecycle.
- Define system architectures, requirements, and verification strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and sourcing.
- Drive technical decision-making, risk management, and project execution.
- Support product qualification, production release, and sustaining engineering activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in electronic hardware development and leading R&D projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with schematic design, PCB development, testing, debugging and firmware development
- Fluent in English and German
