Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Manager to design, implement, and optimize scalable learning programs that drive revenue impact and organizational effectiveness. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy—you will own enablement initiatives end-to-end while beginning to shape broader enablement frameworks and business strategy. Reporting to Director, Solutions Consulting & Enablement, you will partner with Revenue organization, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to diagnose performance gaps, deliver targeted solutions, and measure impact.
What You'll Do
Enablement Strategy & Program Design
- Design and launch scalable enablement programs and learning initiatives that directly impact sales productivity, product adoption, and customer retention
- Develop specialized expertise in learning methodologies and engagement techniques; apply these to assess organizational performance gaps and recommend targeted solutions
- Design and contribute to onboarding programs for new Revenue team members, including curriculum development, content creation, facilitation, practice activities, and ongoing reinforcement
- Establish or refine enablement frameworks that align with quarterly business goals and annual company strategy
- Conduct formal training needs assessments using surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify root causes of performance shortfalls
- Create comprehensive enablement roadmaps with clear timelines, success metrics, and resource requirements
Revenue & Business Impact
- Measure and communicate the revenue impact of enablement programs; link training initiatives directly to key sales outcomes (pipeline, win rates, quota attainment)
- Analyze enablement effectiveness through data; design and implement KPIs to track adoption, completion, and performance outcomes
- Proactively review company goals and revenue metrics to identify enablement gaps and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to define enablement priorities and ROI; recommend program adjustments based on business results
- Connect enablement efforts to competitive positioning and market dynamics
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop content, run workshops, and deliver training at scale
- Navigate competing enablement priorities between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success; build influence to resolve adoption friction
- Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback loops; synthesize input from end-users and partners to continuously improve programs
- Partner with L&D, HR, and People teams on organizational change management for major enablement launches
- Coordinate with Product and Marketing on go-to-market enablement for new features and product launches
Change Management & Adoption
- Design and execute change management strategies for major enablement initiatives
- Measure adoption and engagement; identify and address barriers to adoption through dialogue and data-driven problem-solving
- Coach team members and stakeholders on program changes; deliver constructive feedback on enablement effectiveness
- Demonstrate strong organizational change management capabilities to drive adoption and organizational alignment
Content & Technical Excellence
- Create and oversee development of enablement content across formats: e-learning, presentations, guides, video, and knowledge management systems
- Use advanced analytics and reporting to assess training impact and identify trends
- Integrate and optimize the enablement technology stack (LMS, CRM, knowledge bases), leveraging automation and AI-powered solutions to increase personalization and efficiency
- Maintain documentation standards and processes that scale as the enablement function grows
We'd love to talk with you if you have:
- 5-7 years of experience in enablement, training, learning & development, revenue operations, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and launching training programs that have improved sales or business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills; comfort with data reporting, performance metrics, and using insights to drive decisions
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills; ability to navigate cross-functional environments and competing priorities
- Proficiency with enablement tools (LMS, CRM, knowledge management platforms) and data analytics; experience with Gong, Claude, Seismic a plus
- Experience conducting needs assessments and diagnosing root causes of performance gaps
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with demonstrated experience delivering engaging training, workshops, and practice-based sessions to both small and large audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present
Nice to Have
- Experience with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Background in sales, product, or customer-facing functions (to deepen product/market understanding)
- Familiarity with Revenue tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Nooks, and related best practices to drive tool adoption and performance
- Track record of implementing new tools, platforms, or processes
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, buyer journeys, or go-to-market strategy
- Project management certification or experience leading large-scale organizational initiatives
Location

Compensation: $107,280 – $160,920 • Offers Bonus • 10% CBP
