Your Impact
As Senior Property Manager, you will serve as the primary real estate business partner for location leadership and key stakeholders at our Sacramento location. You will oversee property operations, financial performance, workplace strategy, vendor management, and capital projects while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Travel: Up to 5%. Relocation assistance is not offered.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Leading the strategic and operational management of owned and leased facilities while aligning property plans with Siemens Mobility objectives.
- Partnering with site and executive leadership to translate operational, financial, and workplace information into actionable recommendations.
- Owning operating and capital budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, occupancy costs, investment analyses, invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
- Managing facilities providers, vendors, contractors, contracts, KPIs, service-level agreements, asset records, and compliance with applicable standards and codes.
- Delivering renovations, relocations, workplace-modernization initiatives, and capital investments across scope, schedule, budget, risk, communications, and business continuity.
- Advancing workplace performance, employee experience, safety, sustainability, and resource conservation.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, property management, facilities management, or asset management.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, capital improvements, or workplace-transformation initiatives.
- Experience presenting business cases, financial analyses, portfolio performance, or strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost management, profit-and-loss drivers, and real estate financial metrics.
- Experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts, and multifunctional stakeholders while overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- CPM, CFM, FMP, RPA, IFMA, BOMA, or a comparable professional certification.
- Experience in a global corporate real estate environment.
- Knowledge of ESG strategies, sustainability programs, or LEED-certified facilities.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, transportation, or logistics operations.
- Experience with workplace analytics, asset-management systems, or smart-building technologies.

The pay range for this position is $122,298 - $165,240 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
