As a Salesforce Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you should have around 7-10 years of experience and good understanding of QA methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools. You would work as part of a dynamic team involved with testing web, portal, applications, and other new systems and/or enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Write and maintain clear, reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
• Execute and evaluate manual and automated test results, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and project managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of software defects across Salesforce and connected applications.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Stay current with evolving test automation tools, Salesforce release updates, and industry best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of QA experience with proven expertise in test automation using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Knowledge on API testing
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and end users.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Experience testing Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and innovations.
• Active involvement in the Salesforce community is a plus.

Work Location:

Position is based in Pune, with in-office presence as per company policy.
