- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large matrix organizations, including executive governance, global operating cadences, and strategic business planning.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability, manage competing priorities, and deliver results without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of transforming complex business information into impactful executive-level updates, recommendations, and decision-making materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, using data, metrics, and business insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and support strategic decisions.

- Proficiency with project management and reporting platforms such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools; Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience supporting strategic technology partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem programs involving AI, Cloud, Infrastructure, Software, or Services, combined with a proactive, adaptable, and data-driven approach, PMO/process improvement expertise, and the ability to build trust, create clarity from ambiguity, and confidently influence senior stakeholders across global teams.
