Senior Program Manager , Workplace Support GREF
Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) is seeking a results-driven and agile Program Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives within our Workplace Support function. This role will drive end-to-end project delivery, process standardization, and change management across a global portfolio supporting corporate offices in more than 60 countries and a workforce of 300,000+ employees.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a passion for continuous improvement and a modern mindset toward AI-enabled operations. You will partner with facilities management teams, service delivery partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver programs that measurably improve service quality, reduce defects, and elevate the employee experience. A secondary but critical dimension of this role involves overseeing the development and adoption of training programs that enable operational teams to perform at their best.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
