Senior Program Manager, Pricing and Profitability, Delivery Service Partner, MEATR DSP
What if you could shape how Amazon's delivery partners succeed financially across an expanding regional network? As a Senior Program Manager for Pricing and Profitability within the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, you will design and deliver rate cards that keep delivery costs sustainable for both Amazon and our DSP partners. You will own the pricing strategy across multiple business lines, building mechanisms that account for local market conditions and anticipate changes before partners or the business realize they are needed. This role requires a strong grasp of on-ground operations and how DSP costs flow into the overall business P&L. If you are an analytical problem-solver who can translate operational realities into effective pricing, we want to hear from you.
Key job responsibilities
You might start your morning reviewing partner profitability data and preparing a financial review with the payments team. Mid-morning, you could join a working session with strategy and expansion colleagues to align rate card assumptions for an upcoming country launch. After lunch, you may work with Delivery Program Managers to understand operational cost drivers on the ground, then spend the afternoon refining a quarterly guidance narrative for leadership review. Throughout, you will connect with ACES and technology teams to ensure your pricing mechanisms translate into accurate, on-time partner payments.

We work closely with strategy, expansion, payments, and operations teams to ensure every rate card we produce balances Amazon's cost objectives with partner sustainability. With new country launches on the horizon and an expanding delivery footprint, this is a team where your work will have visible, immediate impact. You will build deep expertise in delivery operations, financial modeling, and regional market dynamics — skills that open doors to broader roles across Amazon's logistics and transportation network.
