Senior Product Manager - Tech
DESCRIPTION
Amazon's GSARC team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to drive AI-powered operational products that transform last-mile delivery and logistics operations across international markets. You will own end-to-end product strategy and execution for complex technical solutions that leverage generative AI, machine learning, and automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience at scale.
In this role, you will be responsible for customer experiences with considerable scope and complexity — whether a complete product, a significant capability within a platform, or a customer-facing experience requiring cross-team coordination serving internal or external customers. You will manage products with considerable technical difficulty or complexity — products that may appear simple but are deeply technical, are part of complex systems, require significant technical detail in documentation and discussions, or require both strong technology and business domain knowledge to make the right trade-offs.
You will take the lead on initiatives and deliver independently, seeking direction when needed. You will influence strategic direction, customer adoption decisions, and organization priorities. Your work creates value through meaningful outcomes across customer experience, brand, business growth, and operational excellence.
