The Sr. Product Manager will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the core inputs that power the Amazon Business marketplace. With our drive to reinvent on behalf of business customers, we are focused on building Amazon Business into the largest and most innovative B2B marketplace in the world. This role will work within the Commercial, Public Sector, and Strategic sales teams.
Key job responsibilities
Act as a business owner within a scope of work, representing the voice of the AB Customers in CA to drive solutions through extended partner teams (tech and non-tech)
Establish key metrics (KPIs), identify gaps, and improve performance within the scope of influence
Actively identify and resolve both strategic and tactical issues that may impair the ability to meet strategic, financial, and product roadmap goals
Capture, document, and communicate business requirements. Translate requirements into features and user stories.
Own project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Conduct customer research and analyze existing customer and performance data.
Successful candidate will be able to work comfortably with both qualitative and quantitative data, and able to turn data inputs into business actionable insights.
Candidate will be required to provide regular updates to the leadership - strong verbal and written communications skills is a must.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Payments, Delivery Experience, Marketing, Pricing, Retail, Selection and Product teams to ensure improvements in our core inputs that drive Amazon Business growth flywheel.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
