Senior Product Manager, Agent CRM
About the team
Follow Up Boss (FUB) is the leading CRM and operating system for real estate teams, built to help them run and grow their business. Now part of Zillow, we pair a CRM teams love with Zillow's audience, data and insights. We're an AI-native product team that ships often and works closely with engineering, design, data science and partner teams across the company. PMs here lean heavily on Claude Code, Codex, Replit and other AI tools to research problems, analyze data, prototype ideas and ship faster with engineers who build with AI every day.About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own a core area of the FUB product end to end, focused on the workflows real estate teams rely on every day to manage leads, stay in touch with clients and grow their business. You’ll work directly with customers to make sure what you build moves their business forward. This is a high-impact role at a moment when AI is changing what a CRM does, and you'll help shape how that shows up in the product real estate teams use most.
You Will Get To
- Set the strategy, roadmap and goals for your area, and define how we measure success
- Spend time with agents and team leaders to understand how they work, and turn what you learn into clear problems and priorities
- Use AI to build with your engineering, design and data science partners, moving from shared prototypes to shipped product in small, frequent increments
- Take what you build all the way to customers, partnering with marketing, sales, support and customer success on launches, then talking with agents to see what worked and what to do next
Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience
- A track record of owning a product area end to end and shipping work that moved customer and business outcomes
- Technical enough to work closely with engineers on AI systems and the data behind them
- Already working differently because of AI. You can show us something you built, automated or prototyped yourself in the last year
- Strong with data. You form hypotheses, test them with data, research and experiments, and act on what you learn
- Customer-obsessed. You get energy from talking with users and staying close to how they work.
- A clear writer with a bias for action and good judgment about balancing speed with long-term quality
- Nice to have: experience with B2B SaaS, CRM, workflow or data-heavy products.
