About the role

We're looking for a strategic Brand Designer to help define how EliseAI shows up to the world.

This role goes beyond creating exceptional visuals—you'll shape the systems, stories, and experiences that define our brand across every customer touchpoint. From product launches and websites to conferences, campaigns, sales enablement, and executive storytelling, you'll help craft a cohesive brand that communicates the innovation happening across our business.

You'll partner closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling experiences while continuously evolving our visual identity. You'll also play an active role in rethinking how creative work gets done—leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows, accelerate execution, and elevate the quality of our output.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the EliseAI brand across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints, ensuring consistency, scalability, and creative excellence.
• Translate business strategy, product innovation, and customer insights into compelling visual narratives that communicate our brand with clarity and impact.
• Partner with marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership to shape campaigns, product launches, websites, conferences, sales enablement, and other high-impact initiatives.
• Develop and evolve scalable brand systems, design guidelines, templates, and creative frameworks that empower teams while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Create best-in-class marketing and communication materials across digital and print, including websites, presentations, advertising, social media, video, email, and event experiences.
• Help define the creative direction for major company initiatives while providing thoughtful feedback and guidance across projects.
• Contribute to product experiences by ensuring visual consistency and strong brand expression across customer-facing interfaces.
• Champion emerging AI-powered design tools, creative workflows, and automation opportunities that improve both the speed and quality of our work.
• Experiment with new technologies and build scalable creative processes that enable the team to operate more efficiently.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional craft and attention to detail.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand, visual, or communication design.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, storytelling, typography, systems thinking, and brand development across a variety of mediums.
• Experience developing and evolving brand systems across marketing, digital, web, and product experiences.
• Strong presentation, communication, and creative storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency across modern design workflows.
• A passion for emerging technology and AI, with curiosity around how automation and intelligent tools can improve creative execution and team efficiency.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  

Bonus if you have

• Experience building and scaling brands at a high-growth startup.
• Experience with motion design, video, illustration, or 3D.
• Experience contributing to product design or partnering closely with product teams.
• Experience with Webflow or modern web design.
• Experience creating AI-powered creative workflows, internal tools, prompt libraries, or automations that improve team productivity.
• Experience mentoring designers or helping establish creative processes and best practices.

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
