Description
Apple Services is seeking a highly-organized, passionate and experienced Senior Producer to join our Services Employee Engagement team. The Senior Producer will support internal events and programs with preproduction planning, engaging with multiple and internal and external stakeholders in order to bring an event to life, always striving for a best in class and engaging experience for our employees. The Senior Producer will manage other Producers as part of the wider team, occasionally supervise external vendors and contractors, and be responsible for delivering excellence in project management and leadership. The Senior Producer acts as the primary point of contact and production partner for internal stakeholders. This includes leading intake sessions to clarify objectives, target audiences, and project requirements, and translating high-level strategic briefs into clear, actionable production strategies and execution plans.
Responsibilities
- Develops comprehensive RFP-level proposals for tentpole events, covering creative approach, logistics, timelines, and budget structure, and creates streamlined proposals for smaller-scale initiatives as appropriate to scope
- This includes delivering finalized project timelines, milestone plans, and production schedules upon approval, as well as supporting an assigned Producer in developing Run of Show documents and operational plans tailored to each project
- Management of internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
- Oversee all logistics and ensure smooth event flow
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation plans. Provide real-time issue resolution during the event
- Post-event evaluation and reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-10+ years experience in communications, marketing, or public relations
- Proven track record in event production, with hands-on experience guiding live production, post-production timelines and deliverables
- Experience leading complex projects and planning initiatives
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional Production, Live-Events or Studio teams
- 5 + years of people management experience with a proven track record of managing managers and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communicator and presenter, able to influence at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution
- Experience influencing senior executive leadership
- Collaborative leader skilled at building relationships and navigating complexity
- Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position
- Available to work some nights and weekends as needed
- Up to 30% + travel required; both domestic and international
