Responsibilities
- Du führst Problemdiagnose und -behebung an Spritzgießmaschinen, Werkzeugen und zugehöriger Ausrüstung wie EOAT und 6-Achs-Robotern durch und unterstützt dabei; außerdem setzt du Optimierungsmaßnahmen um, um Zykluszeit, Ausschuss und OEE zu stabilisieren.
- Du führst Werkzeugwechselprozesse gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen durch und verbesserst diese (Kranbedienung, Handhabung von IMM und Anlagen, SMED-Mindset).
- Du unterstützt die Entwicklung, Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Workflows für Produkteinführungen, Engineering-Änderungen und Prozessversuche.
- Du füllst schichtbezogene Prozess-Checklisten aus, überwachst Prozessparameter und KPIs (Zykluszeit, Ausschuss, OEE), dokumentierst Abweichungen und treibst rechtzeitige Eskalation sowie bereichsübergreifende Kommunikation voran.
- Du unterstützt die Schichtübergabe und die Schichtberichterstattung mit genauen Prozess- und KPI-Informationen.
- Du führst zugewiesene vorbeugende Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen durch (z. B. schnelle TPMs, grundlegende EOAT-/Anguss-Entfernungs-Anpassungen) und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse.
- Du unterstützt die Schulung neuer Arbeitsprozesse und coachst Mitarbeitende in standardgerechter Ausführung und Best Practices.
- Du trägst aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei, bringst neue Ideen ein und unterstützt Ziele in den Bereichen Kosten, Qualität, Liefertermintreue und EHS (Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit).
- You perform and support problem diagnosis and resolution on injection molding machines (IMM), tools, and related equipment like EOAT and 6 axes Robots, and implement optimization measures to stabilize cycle time, scrap, and OEE
- You execute and improve set-up and tool-change processes according to work instructions, production plan, and SOPs (crane operation, IMM & equipment handling, SMED mindset)
- You support the development, creation, and update of standard work steps, work instructions, and workflows for product launches, engineering changes, and process trials
- You complete shift process checklists, monitor process parameters and KPIs (cycle time, scrap, OEE), document deviations, and drive timely escalation and cross-functional communication
- You support shift handover and shift reporting with accurate process and KPI information
- You carry out assigned preventive maintenance activities (e.g. quick TPMs, basic EOAT/degate adjustments) and document findings
- You support the training of new work processes and coach employees on standard execution and best practices
- You actively contribute to continuous improvement, bring new ideas, and support cost, quality, delivery, and EHS targets.
Requirements
- Du hast eine fachliche Ausbildung in der Spritzgussindustrie oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie.
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung, dem Einrichten, der Optimierung und der Störungsbehebung des Spritzgussprozesses.
- Zertifikate im Bereich Spritzguss oder Prozesstechnologien sind wünschenswert.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierungsmethoden, z. B. Lean Production, SMED und grundlegender Ursachenanalyse (Root Cause Analysis).
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Werkzeugen, Vorrichtungen, EOAT, automatischen Anguss-Entfernungsstationen und Qualitätsmessmitteln.
- Du bringst gutes technisches Verständnis von Spritzgussparametern, Prozessüberwachung und Dokumentation mit (Arbeitsanweisungen, Checklisten, Schichtberichte).
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, starkes Ownership und die Bereitschaft, im 3-Schicht-System zu arbeiten.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Englisch oder Deutsch, idealerweise in beiden Sprachen.
- Von Kandidaten wird erwartet, dass sie Nachhaltigkeitsprinzipien in ihrer täglichen Arbeit aufrechterhalten und aktiv fördern, dabei im Einklang mit der globalen Tesla-Richtlinie für Umwelt, Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Schutz (EHS&S) sowie den EMAS-Anforderungen handeln und eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Umweltverbesserung fördern.
- You have professional training in the injection molding industry or a comparable technical qualification, preferably in the automotive industry
- You have several years of experience in preparing, setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting the injection molding process
- Certificates in injection molding or process technologies are desirable
- You have experience in process optimization methods, for example Lean Production, SMED, and basic root cause analysis
- You have experience in handling tools, fixtures, EOAT, Automatic degate stations and quality measuring equipment
- You bring solid technical understanding of IMM parameters, process monitoring, and documentation (work instructions, checklists, shift reports)
- You have a hands-on mentality, strong ownership, and the willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- You have good knowledge of English or German, ideally both
