Senior Manufacturing Engineering
Description
This role is responsible for the design, development, and improvement of production processes and equipment. Support efficient, high-quality manufacturing through technical analysis, cross-functional coordination, and process and equipment engineering in assigned production areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and commission manufacturing processes and/or production equipment from concept through production to meet quality, yield, and cost targets
- Specify and validate production equipment and process controls
- Analyze production data to identify root causes of quality, yield, and throughput issues and implement corrective actions
- Perform design-for-manufacturability evaluations and 3D CAD of fixtures, tooling, and production-equipment layouts, working with design and operations teams on tooling and process changes
- Prepare process documentation and work standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Robotics, or a related field
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or related occupation
- 2 years of experience developing, commissioning, or validating manufacturing processes or production equipment
- 2 years of experience applying statistical or experimental methods (e.g., SPC, DOE) to analyze manufacturing process performance metrics such as OEE, yield, or cycle time
- 2 years of experience performing 3D computer-aided design (CAD) of fixtures, tooling, or production-equipment/line layouts
- 1 year of experience with automation systems, including PLC troubleshooting, HMI interfaces, or equipment-commissioning procedures
- 1 year of experience applying design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and GD&T principles and developing quality control plans

Expected Compensation
$156,000 - $276,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
