In this role, you will bridge campaign strategy, channel execution, and process automation to keep asset production running smoothly at scale. Leading a dedicated operations team, you’ll refine production workflows, remove launch bottlenecks, and ensure every channel (from digital and email to print and OOH) receives complete, error-free assets on schedule.

Core Responsibilities:

End-to-End Campaign Production and BOM Management

  • Drive and manage the complete production cycle for scaled global campaigns, ensuring complete, error-free Bill of Materials (BOM) delivery across digital, web, social, email, print, OOH, and campaign content assets.
  • Enforce rigid production schedules, intake SLAs, and quality assurance protocols to significantly accelerate campaign time-to-market.
  • Standardize campaign-in-a-box delivery models and localization matrices to ensure regional field teams receive structured, ready-to-deploy campaign packages.

Process Automation and Workflow Efficiency

  • Enable automated production workflows across the campaign lifecycle in close partnership with AdTech and MarTech teams, drastically reducing manual administrative steps and shortening delivery times.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern marketing technology capabilities to optimize asset routing, copy localization, and content modularity for rapid reuse at scale.
  • Continuously audit production pipelines to identify friction points, eliminate redundant approval loops, and maximize operational throughput.

Media Integration and Budget Governance

  • Maintain seamless alignment between campaign production cycles and all media activation schedules across paid search, social, display, programmatic, Print,OOH etc., in close coordination with Brand, Product Marketing, and Paid Media teams.
  • Track and manage Integrated Programs and Activation budgets in direct alignment with Marketing Operations, ensuring operational spend tracking, accurate allocation, and resource efficiency.
  • Ensure media specifications, tracking parameters, and tagging architectures are embedded into the initial asset production workflow prior to launch.

Team Management and Execution Standards

  • Lead, direct, and mentor a dedicated team of campaign operations managers, establishing daily execution priorities, workload balancing, and clear project ownership.
  • Enforce strict SLAs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times across internal production teams and external agency partners.
  • Maintain a zero-defect execution bar, ensuring every link, asset, tag, and landing page is stress-tested and fully validated before hand over to the activation teams.

Cross-Functional Orchestration and Performance Visibility

  • Serve as the primary operational link connecting Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, Brand, and Media teams.
  • Synthesize production metrics, SLA compliance, and budget tracking into clear operational dashboards and management updates.
  • Identify potential production bottlenecks or dependency shifts early, adjusting workflows dynamically to keep high-priority launches on schedule.

Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of Campaign Operations Experience
  • Proven track record managing campaign operations, media execution, or marketing production within a fast-paced global B2B enterprise technology company.
  • Hands-on expertise managing complex, multi-asset campaign lifecycles, localized Bill of Materials delivery, and scaled launch frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success enabling automated marketing workflows and streamlining production pipelines in partnership with AdTech and MarTech teams.
  • Strong functional understanding of digital and offline media channels (including Print and OOH), channel specifications, ad-tech plumbing, and campaign budget tracking.
  • Proven ability to direct, guide, and hold an operational team accountable to rigorous execution standards under tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing and tracking Integrated Programs and Activation budgets in collaboration with Marketing Operations teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with enterprise work management platforms (Asana, Jira, Workfront) and modern MarTech production tools.
