NVIDIA seeks a senior events leader to join our 3P Events & Experiences team. This newly developed role requires managing at the portfolio level, guiding critical thinking, coordinating across teams, and maintaining team workflow. The role also involves leading full planning and delivery for 3–4 of our most visible third-party events annually. The ideal candidate combines critical thinking with strong follow-through. This person will influence the organization, advise senior leadership, and apply hands-on expertise to deliver complex, high-profile events at scale.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage annual and quarterly strategy and planning across all NVIDIA business units, guaranteeing priorities are synchronized and arranged to advance wider business aims.
  • Lead comprehensive planning and implementation for 3-4 key events each year, handling all phases from the strategic brief to on-site management and post-event follow-up. Coordinate timelines, budgets, cross-departmental initiatives, agencies, and production teams.
  • Encourage collaboration across departments, acting as a representative for the 3P Events & Experiences team in Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and establishing positive connections with partners at all levels including VP and above.
  • Lead special projects and new initiatives across the full portfolio. These include emerging event formats, strategic partnerships with internal and external vendors and agencies, pilot programs, and priorities from senior leadership. Drive these projects from ambiguous starting points to clear outcomes.
  • Own the team's operating rhythm, including staff meetings, development and tracking of goals and achievements, quarterly business reviews, and executive reporting, keeping the organization focused and moving with clarity.
  • Support the Head of 3P Events & Experiences as a thought partner and force multiplier by handling complexity, building alignment, and contributing to the strategic direction of the team and its portfolio.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years of experience in events, marketing, or strategy, demonstrating success managing at the portfolio or program level.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end execution of major, high-visibility events — including managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience influencing and partnering with senior executives and cross-functional collaborators in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong critical thinking, executive communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel for on-site event execution approximately four to six times per year.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience engaging with both consumer and enterprise event audiences is a plus.
  • Experience in org planning, Chief of Staff or strategy-adjacent functions, or building and scaling event programs from the ground up.
  • Bring a point of view on what great looks like — in events, in strategy, and in how a team operates. Help us improve everything we do.
