Senior Instock Manager, Cross Border
Amazon Brazil is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Instock Manager who thrives on solving complex problems. In this role you will own the development and execution of a country-level inventory-sharing program for Retail across multiple product categories, enabling us to better serve Brazilian customers with broader selection at competitive prices.

Key job responsibilities
- Own inventory performance metrics for the program, influencing country-level demand planning, ordering, and capacity management.
- Own the relationship with Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to effectively operationalize inventory management and reduce cost to serve.
- Operate as the end-to-end Program Manager for Brazil across Retail and partner stakeholders.
- Create scalable systems and develop automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Track key customer experience metrics — including selection availability and pricing — and drive improvements by building actionable, measurable plans.
- Work with leadership on project selection, scoping, and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
- Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience leading process improvements
