About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our EMEA and global leaders.

This role provides strategic and operational HR partnership to senior leaders, helping drive organisational effectiveness, talent outcomes and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be a trusted adviser, capable of navigating complex people challenges while balancing business priorities, employee experience and risk.

A key focus is providing expert guidance on Employee Relations matters, including complex performance, conduct, investigations, organisational change and employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and organisational goals
  • Provide expert advice and leadership on complex Employee Relations matters, ensuring balanced, practical and compliant outcomes
  • Coach leaders to build strong management capability and foster a high-performance culture
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, talent development and succession planning
  • Lead and support organisational change, using people data and insights to inform decisions and mitigate risk
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Reward, People Operations and Employment Legal to deliver a consistent employee experience.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Significant HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, SaaS or Tech GTM, international environment, with demonstrated success operating at Senior HRBP level
  • Deep Employee Relations expertise, including complex investigations, performance management, organisational change and employee exits
  • Knowledge of UK, EMEA, and International employment law and experience supporting international teams
  • Demonstrable experience of communicating and educating leaders on job architecture and compensation models
  • Experience supporting sales, services, or customer-facing organisations
  • Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with a commercial mindset and sound judgement
