This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and impacts, including monthly business reviews to VP level.
To be successful in this position, we seek an innovative and analytical leader/program manager who has the knowledge/experience in HR, HR Operations, Tools & Systems, and AI/automation, with the ability to solve complex and technical problems with simple and practical solutions. Cross-team coordination, problem solving & analytical mindset, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
Key job responsibilities

- Scale services and tools: design processes and procedures that scale with the business' growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion
- Define key performance indicators: develop metrics for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives

A day in the life
You will partner across site HR teams, central technology teams, and regional leadership to drive the delivery of tools and systems that directly improve associate and manager experience. Your day involves triaging incoming site feedback, progressing active launches through dependency coordination, preparing leadership updates, and identifying automation opportunities. You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — equally comfortable in a deep-dive on a technical intake as you are presenting portfolio status at a monthly business review.

We are a small, high-impact team responsible for coordinating all HR technology and process launches — from intake through deployment and adoption.
